Hotel Valencia Santana Row – Happily Hip

Hotel Valencia is a nice hip hotel at Santana Row area in San Jose. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, as the rooms and the public spaces are designed with warm colours and careful details.

The staff is attentive and everything works, including hot water and free Internet connection, both in rooms and in the lobby.

The complimentary breakfast buffet is surprisingly good — not maybe up to the par of Scandinavian or Far East hotels, but much better than I have even seen in the States. The beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent for shopping and dining.
