Ritz Camera – Mainstream camera shop
Ritz Camera is a chain of full service shops for everybody interested in photographing, digital or film. Their San Francisco shop is located on Market Street, next to the Powell BART station and San Francisco Shopping Center.
The ground floor is dedicated to normal photographic items, such as digital pocket cameras, digital SLRs, film SLRs, accessories and film. The basement has stuff for people interested in developing their own photos in blackrooms.
The quality of the service depends on the clerk. Some of them are patient enough to answer to the most stupid questions while others utter one word sentences for everything and constantly leave the desk while the customer is just pondering on for a while.

I’m actually asking for help. I cannot find the email address for the ritzcamera store at 1 Hallidie Plaza, San Francisco. My camera I have from there is brokena and I live in New Zealand and really need to email them before the warrenty runs out! I have tried many email addresses and naver got anything back!
If you know the email address that would be a great help!!

Katherine, have you considered calling them using Skype? If you have a Skype account, buy SkypeOut credit and then call the store. $5 should be more than enough to make all calls needed.
