Toripolliisi – Guarding law and order
Toripolliisi bronze statue guards the Oulu market square and keeps up the order in the area.
Unveiled in 1987, the statue was funded by collecting money among denizens of Oulu. The name of the statue refers to three policemen or bobbies that used to work in the market square area in 1934 – 79.

The statue is the only public monument from Kaarlo Mikkonen, an artist born in nearby city of Kajaani.
